My goal is to support you through hard moments and watching you reconnect with your resilience and sense of self. My heart is in helping people see their strengths and believe in their ability to change.
I’ve spent years walking alongside individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, self-worth struggles, and substance use recovery. My experience includes working in crisis stabilization and over a decade as a medical social worker, supporting people and families through some of life’s most overwhelming seasons. I primarily use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailoring interventions to each individual’s goals, cultural background, beliefs, and personality.
When you work with me, you’ll find a space that feels safe, real, and judgment-free. I show up as my authentic self—warm, grounded, and sometimes a little humorous—because I believe healing happens best through genuine connection.
I don’t believe in “fixing” people, but in helping treat and manage the symptoms that may be holding them back. I believe in walking beside people as they grow, supporting them in uncovering their strengths and moving toward a life that feels more aligned, meaningful, and true to who they are.
