Hi. I’m’ Krissie. I believe that you hold your own wisdom and insight. My job is to listen, ask you questions, and teach you skills to help you grow.
My therapy style is very conversational, gentle, and warm. I do not use a lot of jargon. I will ask for your permission to share my own insights to your patterns and things you may be too close to see. My intention is to create a therapeutic space where you feel comfortable to explore where you have been, where you are, and where you want to go. If it is helpful for you to bring fidgets or crafts to our sessions, please feel free!
I will offer meditation practices, guided imagery, and creative tools for helping you manage your stress and your emotions. I will also offer breath work practices and ways to process emotions through body sensations.
My hope is that you leave each session feeling heard, empowered, and have a few more tools in your emotional toolbox as you move through the world and toward your goals.
