I help clients who are struggling with the intersection between work and mental health. Whether you are experiencing burnout due to a toxic work environment or you’re noticing mental health symptoms are impacting your work performance, I’m here to help you to feel unstuck. I take a values and strengths-based approach to assess what is most important to you and how you can utilize your natural talents to get there. My approach is a little different because I do not challenge negative thoughts and cognitions, I am more concerned with helping examine how thoughts are impacting behavior.
I invite authenticity into the room by showing up as my authentic self. I want to be there for you as you uncover unpleasant emotions/thoughts/narratives AND be your hype girl and celebrate your wins. I use humor whenever possible, resources are my love language, and I want you to feel like you can bring your full self to the work we do. You can expect a safe space to process and leave with realistic next steps to make change.
I build meaningful connections with my clients because I genuinely care about them as human beings. I make it a point to remember the names of important people (and furbabies) in their lives and make them feel seen and heard. I also challenge my clients and help them move towards their goals in every session.
