I specialize in working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorder, stress, trauma, and substance use. My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based interventions to meet each client’s unique needs.
Clients will attend weekly and biweekly sessions to identify their challenges, while working together to identify ways to better manage symptoms and gain knowledge related to problem-solving techniques.
My goal is to empower clients to build healthier coping strategies, improve self-awareness, and foster meaningful personal growth. I believe that healing happens through authentic connections, collaboration, and mindfulness that each individual has their own story.
