I also use Internal Family Systems (IFS) in an easy, approachable way to help you understand and soothe the “parts” of you that carry worry, fear, or self-criticism. To support long-term balance, I incorporate DBT skills, which are practical tools for staying grounded, managing emotions, and building healthier habits.
