I am here to be the person I would have felt safe with as a child. As a survivor of an alcoholic home, consistent with domestic violence and physical and emotional abuse, I have made it my goal to have the knowledge necessary to provide support and aid to all my clients. I have completed training consistent with working with the trauma population, be that victims or aggressors.
In addition to that, I have made it a focus to become certified to work with the Autistic and ADHD population by providing assessments and ongoing therapy interventions.
As a provider working exclusively with the community mental health field, I have experience working with the Division of Child Behavior Services, Child Protective Services, and the Department of Corrections. I have provided reunification with guardians and provided one-on-one mediation.
Expect a session with me to be filled with proper check-ins, ongoing assessment, and you will probably walk away with homework. We’re going to talk about movies, music, and all the best ways to figure out who you are while laughing our way through it.
I have a very high rate of return because I am a solution-focused therapist who provides a client the openness of talking about how mad they are without judgment while we work together to formulate a realistic plan.
