I will help you meet your goals using different counseling techniques, working your treatment plan, and building healthy coping skills. I will drive each session by letting you as the client be the one to guide the session by helping you identify things that you are wanting to do to be successful. I will encourage you and help you build positive supports, coping skills, and meeting your goals.
When working with me in a session, I am very driven and will always focus on treatment goals which is identified. I work to ensure that you will feel comfortable sitting down and talking with me about the issues that you are wanting/needing to address. I will help you meet your goals and to build your coping skills in a healthy manner as well as identify ways to rebuild relationships.
I am driven in my sessions and make each individual that I work with want to work on their goals. My sessions always focus on the client and allows the client to be in control of the session as it will help them work on the goals that they have. Each session I review previous session and discuss treatment goals as well as any homework that was identified in the session.
