Personal Experience & Biography

As a seasoned social worker and mental health practitioner, my practice is rooted in the belief that personal transformation happens within the safety of a compassionate, non-judgmental relationship. I primarily work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, and complex mental health dynamics, using an integrative approach that blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for building psychological flexibility with a deep trauma-informed lens. My goal is to move beyond short-term fixes and help you understand and shift the core patterns that keep you feeling stuck, allowing you to access a more authentic, resilient, and engaged sense of self in your daily life.

When we begin working together, you can expect an environment that is both warm and highly collaborative. My style is active; I won’t simply listen and nod, but will partner with you to gently explore difficult emotions and build practical, real-world skills you can learn, practice, and fine-tune for daily use. Taking the first step toward therapy requires courage, and I honor that by meeting you exactly where you are and moving at a pace that feels grounded and safe. I look forward to connecting and hearing more about what you hope to achieve in creating lasting, meaningful change.
