I am passionate about client advocacy, trauma informed care, and the removal of stigmatization from mental health care. I want all my clients to find their gratitude, connections, and be able to enjoy the healthy things they love each day.
I am informal when we are in session, I will encourage you to tell me your needs and what you want out of therapy. I also encourage you comfortable while in treatment. I often have things like clay, painting, embroidery, games, etc. that we can interact with while we talk. At the end of the day you are the expert of you, and I am here to help provide emotional, and informational support to you.
I have been told by many of my clients that I actually care, that I am not burned out like a lot of their past therapist and that I actually listen to what they say and help them find their path forward. My clients tell me they come back to me because of how understanding, nonjudgmental and how I always seem to have some information to help them find a solution.
