I am a dedicated therapist with experience providing individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults ranging from age 5 through older adulthood. I specialize in working with individuals facing substance use and addiction-related concerns, including alcohol and drug use, as well as co-occurring mental health disorders.
My clinical experience includes supporting clients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, behavioral challenges, and emotional disturbances. I also work with individuals navigating trauma, grief and loss, domestic and emotional abuse, codependency, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions such as divorce. Additionally, I have experience conducting juvenile mental health assessments and working with adolescents experiencing behavioral and emotional difficulties. For over a year, I have worked closely with individuals struggling with substance use and alcohol-related concerns, facilitating both individual and group therapy. I have also provided therapeutic support to children and adolescents as young as five, helping them develop emotional regulation and positive behavioral skills.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, primarily utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, build coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
I bring a warm, engaging, and approachable presence to my sessions. I prioritize active listening and respond thoughtfully to each client’s needs, creating a space where individuals feel heard, understood, and supported. My bubbly personality helps foster comfort and connection, while I also encourage clients to fully experience and process their emotions in a safe, nonjudgmental environment.
Clients often return because they feel genuinely safe, heard, and accepted in our work together. I intentionally create a warm, relaxed, and nonjudgmental environment where individuals can show up as their true selves without fear of criticism. I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, so I allow clients to take the lead in their journey. Your voice matters—together, we focus on what you want to work on, at a pace that feels right for you. I value your input and tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals. My approach is both professional and personable. I show up as my authentic self so that you feel comfortable doing the same. Through active listening, genuine connection, and consistent support, I strive to ensure that every client feels seen, heard, and understood.
