My name is Shannon, and I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals across the lifespan—from young children ages 0–5 to older adults, and everyone in between. This wide-ranging experience has allowed me to support clients through nearly every type of life stressor, whether developmental, emotional, relational, or situational.
My goal is to create an open, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, heard, and understood. I believe each person is the expert on their own life, and I am here to listen, collaborate, and guide clients as they work toward their personal goals.
I primarily use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, helping clients develop practical coping skills and gain insight into patterns that may be holding them back. Together, we work toward meaningful and lasting change at a pace that feels comfortable and right for each individual.
