I have practiced therapy in a variety of settings since 2019 and have my Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work. I have experience serving individuals with a plethora of mental health challenges, including depression and anxiety, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, and substance abuse. I utilize multiple therapeutic approaches and techniques (i.e. CBT, DBT, etc.) that will enable me to address your unique situation from a holistic approach, to explore and address all areas that may be impacting your mental health.
My approach is optimistic, non- judgmental, respectful, and realistic. I strive to serve as an agent for positive change by helping you explore and identify your goals, needs, and hopes for treatment. I respect your right to self-determination and will empower you by helping you recognize and draw on your personal strengths and resources to give you a sense of control over your own life.
Sessions with me will be primarily client-led, as I want to ensure that our time spent together is the most beneficial to you. I am very passionate about the role I serve and am honored to witness the growth and change that you will experience as you overcome mental health barriers and achieve your full potential.
